Posts are found below Add New in the menu and allows portal users to create and publish posts for families easily and efficiently. Posts are an effective way to keep families informed into the daily activities of the facility. Publish posts on aged care industry updates, accounts, community, facility menu changes and more. Users with create and publish permissions can generate posts.

Schedule Posts
When you create a post you can choose when to schedule. This gives you the freedom to change content, post consistently and stay organised. Even after scheduling, if you have decided to change the original scheduled date, you can do so by simply editing the post.
Post Urgency
We understand anything can happen at any time. When creating a post you can choose 3 different levels of urgency- low, medium or high.
File Attachments
Make a post more exciting, easier to read and informing by attaching a document or photo.

Family Users
Is there information you want to publish but only need PC’s to receive? Choose to send posts to PCs’ only or Family Members. Publishing posts to Family Members will include the PC as well.
Review Before Publishing
Are you a Facility Manager wanting to review posts created by other facility users before they are published? If so, you can! This feature relates to user permissions where users can be set to create and/or publish. If they do not have permission to publish content, then their posts will automatically be saved as a draft awaiting a user with permission to publish and authorise the post.
